This is an integrated monitoring pole of the FORIDO brand, which is one of the core equipment for intelligent traffic management. It uses the surveillance pole as the carrier and integrates components such as high-definition cameras, lighting equipment, data transmission modules, etc. Its core function is to automatically capture traffic violations (such as running red lights, speeding, illegal lane changes, etc.), while simultaneously monitoring traffic flow, collecting road condition data, and transmitting the information to the traffic management system for networked transmission, achieving 24-hour unmanned supervision of intelligent traffic management. It is an important tool for regulating traffic order and improving management efficiency.
>> Materials: We only select products from qualified and renowned steel manufacturers, such as Baosteel, Shaigang, and Shougang, to ensure the quality of our products. Any material found to be defective will result in the rejection of all remaining materials purchased together, and the warehouse will not accept them.
>> Welding: We use gas shielded welding and submerged arc welding to weld steel rods. The welding lines are perfect and the quality is good. We conduct ultrasonic flaw detection for the inspection, and strictly control the welding tests to ensure that there are no cracks, undercutting, slag inclusion, or pores in the welding.
>> Hot-dip galvanizing: All our products must undergo hot-dip galvanizing in accordance with GB/T13912-2002 or ASTM A123.This can prevent the steel rods from rusting for over 30 years. Our standard for hot-dip galvanized steel rods is that the color of the zinc coating is the same, there are no dents, and there are no exposed iron or zinc defects. Generally speaking, the thickness of the zinc layer depends on the thickness of the material. The thicker the material, the thicker the zinc layer will be.
The main material used is high-strength Q235 steel. The wall thickness of the rod body is ≥ 4mm, and the thickness of the bottom flange is ≥ 14mm. After galvanizing, passivation and spray coating treatment (the coating thickness is ≥ 65μm), it has strong adhesion and corrosion resistance. Some structural components (such as the cross arm) can be made of stainless steel. The overall design meets the seismic resistance standard of 6 degrees and wind resistance standard of 8 degrees, capable of withstanding a wind speed of 35m/s, and can adapt to various complex outdoor environments.
The all-scenario high-definition monitoring system is equipped with multiple sets of high-definition cameras (including panoramic and close-up lenses), combined with LED lighting equipment. It can clearly capture details such as vehicle license plates and vehicle models even in daylight, at night, or in adverse weather conditions such as rain and fog. It also supports high-definition video recording of 720P or above (storage ≥ 7 days), which not only meets the requirements for evidence collection of violations but also provides a complete video chain for the investigation of traffic accidents.
Multi-dimensional intelligent recognition is equipped with AI video analysis technology, which can automatically identify over 10 types of traffic violations such as running red lights, crossing the center line, driving against traffic, and occupying the emergency lane. It also supports automatic license plate recognition and traffic flow statistics, with data accuracy reaching over 95%. Moreover, it can optimize signal timing through algorithms to assist in alleviating traffic congestion.
The multi-dimensional intelligent recognition system is equipped with artificial intelligence video analysis technology, which can automatically identify over 10 types of traffic violations, such as running a red light, crossing the line, driving against the traffic, and occupying the emergency lane, etc. It also supports automatic license plate recognition and traffic flow statistics, with a data accuracy rate exceeding 95%. In addition, it can optimize signal timing through algorithms to assist in alleviating traffic congestion.
Efficient data networking and operation support for fiber optic / 4G/5G real-time transmission. Illegal data (including images and videos) can be simultaneously uploaded to the traffic management platform. It features continuous transmission in case of interruption, automatic diagnosis of equipment failures, and also supports remote maintenance and data download, significantly reducing the cost of manual operation and improving management efficiency.
